Our meat is raised on our family farm near Little Falls Minnesota. We are third generation farmers. Our farm has been certified organic since 1997. There are no chemicals used on our land and no chemicals are given to our animals. Our beef, poultry, and pork are raised out doors so they have plenty of fresh air and grasses to nibble on daily. We make a point to assure that the animals are butchered humanely and processed in a clean environment.

Our meat is sold by the hanging weight. This means it has been butchered, skin, head, and insides have been removed. We use clean State inspected facilities to process the meat. Individual cuts of meat and if you single packages of ground beef are processed at a USDA inspected butcher shop. Beef quarters and halves will be cut to your specifications by the butcher. Meat will keep 9-10 months in freezer.
